NASDA Working Dog Trials

The Terrier Performance Club has applied for limited Urban Locating and Trailing & Locating classes on February 24 and 25, 2024. Before the trial, we will offer a Den Hunt Demonstration with non-sanctioned fun runs between 8:00 am and 9:30 am each day. Funds earned from the fun runs will be used to build additional den hunt equipment.


Dog Registration:
Dogs must be registered with the North American Sport Dog Association. Registration is a one-time fee. You may register your dog online at http://nasda.dog/registration/

Awards:
Awards will be handed out at the conclusion of the trial. Ribbons are awarded for qualifying score, High in Trial, and Best of Breed. New title ribbons will be awarded.

Venue:
Exhibitors will be crating in their vehicles. Terrier Performance Club of Northeast Oklahoma (TPC NE OK) reserves the right to remove any individual for any reason from the premises. No refunds will be issued. Please pack food and water for you and your dog. Smoking or vaping will be permitted in the designated smoking area (outside of the fenced trial grounds along E 474 Road). Absolutely no alcohol or drug use allowed during the trials. If suspected, you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund and your entries will not be accepted at any future Terrier Performance Club event.

Notice to Exhibitors:
• If the club cancels the trial due to weather or other weather related travel concerns, the club may issue refunds after the closing date, minus processing fees.
• Refunds will be mailed 7 days after the event.
• Payment processing fees will be subtracted from refunds, if applicable.
• No refunds will be made for cancellations after the closing date or entries which are absent, disqualified, excused or barred from competition by decision of the Trial Committee.
• Bitches in Season (BIS) are permitted to run at the end of their event. They must wear appropriate pants.
• Exhibitors are responsible for complete, accurate and legible information on their entry forms.
• It is expressly understood that exhibitors alone are responsible for the behavior of their dogs, children and/or guests. Any exhibitor whose dogs, children and/or guests repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the Trial Committee, be asked to leave the trial site. In such case, no refund on any entry will be made.
• Dogs exhibiting illness, injury, or lameness will be excused.
• All dogs must be on leash at all times except when competing.
• Exhibitors are responsible for being in the staging area when it is their turn to run.
• Please be courteous and pick up after your dog.
• All entries must be accompanied by entry fees to be valid. A declined payment or returned check does not constitute a valid entry. There will be a $25 fee for any returned check or payment. Checks must be made payable to TPC NE OK.
• TPC NE OK reserves the right to refuse any entry without cause or explanation.
• The trials will start at 10:00 am each day.
